Character Name: Subaru
Series: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle (he is the main character in Tokyo Babylon but I'm taking his vampire version from TRC)
Timeline: After they leave Acid Tokyo
Character History:

Subaru is a vampire in TRC, like his twin Kamui. They seem to be of pure breed as Yuuko puts it. They possess great healing power. Vampires are not immortal and age a bit slower than humans do. They can withstand the sun and holy water just fine. They also can extend their claws for battle and possess great agility and speed.

They travel dimensions (result of a wish granted by Yuuko), running away from Seishirou who is hunting Subaru. Upon arriving Tokyo underground, they note an immense power in an underground water tank, where Sakura’s feather is. This power drags Subaru down and makes him fall asleep. Before he looses consciousness he asks his brother to wait in that world until he awakes. He tells him that that power seeks not to harm others, it just wants to protect. Subaru sleeps for a long time, underwater, until the arrival of the group to that world. Without meaning to, Subaru’s spirits calls to that of sleeping Sakura (probably due to her feathers) and drags her in the dream as well. Subaru tries to warn her and wake her up, to no avail. After clone Syaoran is revealed and both Syaorans fight Sakura collapses. Subaru apologizes for making her witness that, feeling that it was his fault

Feeling guilty for the fact that there’s no water, since the undergroung reservoir was destroyed in battle, Subaru asks Yuuko for a wish: he wishes for water to fill the tank, while Kurogane wishes for Fai to live (whose eye had been gourged out and eaten by Clone Syaoran). However since the price would be too great for Kurogane, Yuuko makes him swap wishes with Subaru, who will grant it by making Fai drink his blood, thus becoming a vampire himself (whose prey will solely be Kurogane). However Kamui won’t let anyone take his twin’s blood so he offers his own instead.

Abilites/Special Powers:
Well being a vampire Subaru ages slower like stated above. He drinks blood (obviously :p) Vampires in TRC seem to have more acute senses and agility than humans. He also seems able to communicate telepathically with his twin. And he can also extend his nails into claws to defend himself (or Kamui) and heals rapidly.
Having RPed in other RPG together with Kamui's mun we have established some powers for our characters that are not canon in TRC. So I have given Subaru the ability to summon a Shikigami and also to create a kekkai like Hokuto does in TB (however he uses his blood instead of lipstick XD)
